What is the difference between one of the “BIG NAME” Companies and a smaller Insurance Company?
We all believe the things we see on TV and Internet = The more we are bombarded by Companies, the more familiar we feel with their name.
All Insurance Companies are required to meet guidelines for capacity in order to conduct business in the State of South Carolina. A simpler way to put it is – They are required to have enough money set-aside to pay claims that come from the insurance policies that they sell.
These large Corporate Giants have employed the entire process of insurance. The agent, the customer service, and the claims representatives. This is a great investment by these carriers to assure that they have the advantage of lower cost.
How does this translate to lower cost?
Easy -- Nowhere in the process does a client have their own representative. Only with an Independent Insurance Agency do YOU have a person dedicated to your customer service and claims experience.
Call us – Or come by our Local Office and see how Lamplighter Insurance is “Lighting the Way.”
